Another terrific piece by Kyle Armstrong. Kyle's gone for the week working at a camp, which is why I am posting this and not him. The Ventriloquist was always one of my favorite Batman characters/villains. I remember the first time he appeared in "Batman The Animated Series" and being absolutely terrified when Scarface yelled at him from across the room.
